Courtney Burk
Courtney Burk is a Pilates educator, mentor, and university professor with over a decade of experience teaching movement. She is a certified Master Trainer in the DK Body Balancing Method and the creator of Rooted in Flow, a mentorship program that supports Pilates teachers in cultivating confidence, creativity, and authenticity. Courtney earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography from UNLV and has experience in physical therapy settings, blending artistry and function in her teaching. As a Reiki Master and sound healer, she brings energetic awareness to her work, guiding students and teachers to experience movement as both embodiment and transformation.
