Swing with more power, range, and control through golf-specific Pilates training. Golfers looking to improve their game and fitness, as well as instructors looking to incorporate Pilates principles into their instruction are invited to enroll. Pilates-based exercises are specifically designed to improve pelvic stability, spinal rotation and articulation, range of motion, and flexibility in order to produce positive results in each individual's golf game. Special attention will be given to exercises for rehabilitating and preventing golf injuries. Enrollment includes a manual you can take home.
